Coaching and group program relationships are not licensed therapeutic relationships and do not carry the same legal confidentiality protections, though Dr. Jaffe maintains strict professional confidentiality in all client relationships.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or professional obligation.

  • Therapy and clinical records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years following the last date of service, or longer as required by California law.
  • Coaching and program records: Retained for 3 years following the conclusion of services.
  • Email and marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months).

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
