Day One

Recognize

Understand what stress actually is and how it lives in your body. Learn why you have turned to numbing behaviors as a solution and begin reconnecting with your nervous system's natural wisdom through an introductory self-hypnosis practice.

You walk away with relief and awareness around your stress and numbing loop — and the first tool to interrupt it.

Day Two

Reframe

Identify your unique stress triggers and the deeper emotions beneath your coping patterns. Using guided self-hypnosis, begin shifting your internal responses so that pressure no longer automatically leads to reaching for an escape.

You gain tools for shifting internal responses with self-hypnosis — and begin to feel the difference in real time.

Day Three

Reconnect

Rebuild your connection to yourself through structured journaling and guided reflection. Clarify what you actually want, who you are beneath all the roles, and what your next chapter looks like when it is built on presence rather than performance.

You leave with emotional clarity, a direction forward, and a daily practice you can sustain on your own.
