The Method

A 12-Week Journey. Four Phases. One Transformation.

This is not a support group. It is not a productivity course. It is a transformational group program where you learn to regulate your nervous system, release unhealthy patterns, and build a life that does not require escaping.

12 Weeks · Rolling Enrollment · Virtual via Zoom
01

Phase One

Recognize

Understand what stress actually is, how it lives in your body, and why you have turned to alcohol as a solution. Learn the basics of self-hypnosis and begin reconnecting with your nervous system's natural wisdom.

You stop blaming yourself and start understanding the physiological reality of what is happening inside you.
02

Phase Two

Release

Identify your unique stress triggers and the deeper emotions beneath your drinking patterns. Using self-hypnosis and guided journaling, begin releasing the grip that stress and alcohol have on you.

You regain choice. Instead of reaching for wine automatically, you have tools to interrupt the cycle and choose differently.
03

Phase Three

Reclaim

Master advanced stress management techniques. Build emotional intelligence. Reclaim your time, your energy, and your authentic self. Learn to lead from presence rather than panic.

You stop managing stress and start transforming it. Pressure becomes information, not a threat.
04

Phase Four

Sustain

Build the support systems, long-term practices, and resilience needed to maintain your breakthrough. Create a self-hypnosis practice that becomes as natural as brushing your teeth.

You move from breaking the cycle to living a life where the old cycle feels like someone else's story.

The Root Cause

The Stress-Alcohol Cycle You Are Caught In

High-achieving women face a unique paradox: the more successful you become, the higher the expectations, both external and internal. When stress increases, many turn to alcohol as a way to regulate emotions and find temporary relief. But alcohol only masks the underlying stress. It never resolves it.

Over time, this becomes your default coping mechanism. Not because you are struggling with willpower, but because your nervous system has learned this pattern. Breaking it requires more than motivation. It requires tools, community, and support.

"The goal is not to white-knuckle your way through. It is to rewire the system so the craving loses its grip entirely."

This program addresses the nervous system directly, using clinical hypnotherapy, somatic tools, and guided group work to create change at the level where the pattern actually lives.
