For women
You are the one everyone relies on. Who do you rely on?
This part of the practice is for women who hold it together at work, at home, and in every room they walk into, and who have started to notice what that costs. It's led by two clinicians, Dr. Robert Jaffe and Dr. Mitra Rashidian, who have worked with women in exactly this position for decades.
Three ways in, in order of commitment
Each one is complete on its own. None requires the next.
Forty-eight questions that show which of eight stress patterns show up most in your answers, on screen the moment you finish. Self-reflective, not a diagnosis, and no call attached. The patterns aren't gendered; the questions ask about how you work, rest, connect, and cope.
Three days, then twelve weeks, with Dr. Rashidian and Dr. Jaffe leading live. It begins with a three-day intensive, Calm, Clear, and In Control, and continues for women who want to go further with a twelve-week group, From Burnout to Breakthrough. Join the list to hear first.
One-on-one with Dr. Jaffe, in person in Encino or by video anywhere in California. For the woman who would rather start the work than start with a questionnaire. Begins with a 20-minute therapy consultation.
The women we see are not falling apart. They are extraordinarily good at not falling apart. That is the problem. Somewhere along the way, being the capable one became the whole self, and the person underneath stopped getting a vote.
Dr. Mitra Rashidian and Dr. Robert JaffeThe Snapshot is an educational, self-reflective tool, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. The women's program is a group education program, not psychotherapy. Individual therapy is available to California residents. Not an emergency service; if you are in crisis, call 988 or 911.
