Women's program · First group forming
From holding it together to actually living it.
A guided path for women who are extraordinarily good at not falling apart: three days to interrupt the pattern, then twelve weeks to change it. Led live by Dr. Mitra Rashidian and Dr. Robert Jaffe, with a small group of women who understand the weight.

This is a guided group education program led by two licensed psychotherapists. It is not group psychotherapy and does not replace individual treatment. Women outside California are welcome. If you're in California and want individual therapy, that's a separate door: request a therapy consultation.
If any of this is familiar
It was written from the women we see, not from a textbook.
- Success looks good on paper. Inside, it's gone flat.
- Coffee, ambition, and the evening glass of wine are what keep you going, and the wine has started to feel less like a choice.
- You've lost track of who you are underneath the roles: the leader, the partner, the mother, the one who handles it.
- Every achievement should feel like enough. It never quite does.
- You're surrounded by people and profoundly alone in it.
- You've tried willpower and self-help. You're tired of both.
You aren't broken and you aren't weak. You're running a system built for survival, and it has been running for a very long time.
Two stages. One path.
The program begins with a short, live intensive so you can experience the work before committing to more. Women who want to continue move into the twelve-week group.
Stage one
Calm, Clear, and In Control
Three days. Two hours a day. Live by video with both clinicians.
A guided reset. You learn what stress actually is and how it lives in the body, identify the patterns underneath your own coping, and leave with a self-hypnosis practice and journaling tools you can keep. Small enough to speak. Short enough to commit to.
- Day oneRecognize. What stress is, how it lives in your body, why numbing became the solution, and the first tool to interrupt it.
- Day twoReframe. Your specific triggers and the emotions underneath them, and a guided practice for shifting the response in real time.
- Day threeReconnect. Who you are beneath the roles, what you actually want, and a daily practice you can sustain on your own.
Stage two
From Burnout to Breakthrough
Twelve weeks. Weekly live sessions. For women continuing from the intensive.
The longer work, in four phases: recognize what's running you, release its grip, reclaim your time and energy and self, and sustain it so the old cycle starts to feel like someone else's story. Self-hypnosis, guided journaling, and a small confidential group of women on the same path.
- Weeks 1 to 3Recognize. You stop blaming yourself and start understanding what's happening physiologically.
- Weeks 4 to 6Release. You regain choice where it used to be automatic.
- Weeks 7 to 9Reclaim. Pressure becomes information rather than threat.
- Weeks 10 to 12Sustain. The practices, support, and structure that keep it.

No commitment. You'll hear when the first three-day intensive has dates and what it costs, before anyone else does. If it isn't for you, you'll know before you're asked for anything.
While you wait
Take the free 48-Question Stress Pattern Snapshot. The program begins with recognizing the pattern; the Snapshot is your first look at it. Ten to fifteen minutes, results on screen, no call attached.
This is an educational group program and is not psychotherapy, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a sobriety program or a substitute for treatment for alcohol dependence. Individual therapy is available to California residents. Not an emergency service; if you are in crisis, call 988 or 911. Program details above are planned and may change before enrollment opens.
