The Opportunity

Podcast Appearances Build Authority.
The Pitching Process Doesn't Have To.

Podcast appearances are one of the most effective ways to build authority, grow your audience, and attract high-quality clients. But the process of finding relevant shows, researching hosts, writing pitches, following up, and scheduling appearances is time-consuming and easy to put off.

We take that entire process off your plate. We research the right podcasts for your expertise, pitch hosts on your behalf, handle all follow-up, book confirmed appearances, and even prepare you with a custom guest brief for each episode so you show up ready to deliver your best.

What We Do

From Research to Booking
to Prep Brief — We Handle It.

We manage every step of the podcast guest process so you can focus on showing up and delivering a great interview.

Podcast Research
We research 20–30 relevant podcasts per week based on your expertise, your target audience, and the type of show that fits your style — looking at audience size, format, tone, and recent episode topics to make sure each show is a genuine fit, not just a numbers game.
Host and Producer Outreach
We find the right contact for each podcast and send a professional pitch email on your behalf using messaging you've approved. Every pitch is tailored to the specific show — not a generic template blasted to hundreds of hosts.
Follow-Up
We follow up once after 5 days if there's no reply. No aggressive tactics. Professional and respectful. Every warm reply is managed through to a confirmed booking.
Booking Confirmation
When a host confirms, we coordinate scheduling and notify you the same day. You'll always know exactly what's on your calendar and when.
Add-On Service
Podcast Prep Briefs
For each confirmed appearance, we produce a 2-page Podcast Prep Brief within 48 hours — designed to help you walk into every interview prepared, confident, and on message. Each brief includes seven sections:
The Show — name, host, audience size, format, episode length, and tone
The Host — bio summary, recent topics, expertise, and recurring themes
Suggested Angles — 3 talking points connecting your expertise to the show's audience
Story Bank — 2 to 3 stories from your background that fit the show's style
Questions to Expect — 4 to 6 likely questions based on recent interviews
Questions to Avoid — topics that could take the conversation off track
Your CTA — what to direct listeners to at the end of the episode

How It Works

One Onboarding Call.
Then We Take It From There.

The process starts with a single 30-minute call with Dr. Jaffe. After that, we pitch, follow up, book, and deliver prep briefs on an ongoing basis.

1
30-Minute Onboarding Call with Dr. Jaffe
We cover your area of expertise and ideal talking topics, what size and type of podcast fits your audience, any specific shows you already want to be on, your media kit or one-sheet (we can create a simple one if you don't have one), your scheduling link for booking appearances, and approval of the pitch email template we'll use.
2
We Begin Pitching Within 24 Hours
We begin researching and pitching podcasts within 24 hours of confirmed payment. No waiting weeks to get started.
3
Ongoing Pitching, Booking, and Prep Briefs
We pitch, follow up, confirm bookings, and deliver Prep Briefs on an ongoing monthly basis. You receive same-day notification of every confirmed booking and a weekly report showing pitches sent, replies received, appearances booked, and prep briefs delivered.
4
You Show Up Prepared and Deliver
You show up prepared, deliver a great interview, and direct listeners to your CTA. We handle everything else before and after the call.
Tools We Use

Professional-Grade Research.
Nothing Required on Your End.

We use industry-standard podcast discovery and outreach tools. You don't need to purchase or set up anything — just provide your scheduling link and we handle the rest.

Common Questions

Answers Before
You Reach Out

We research shows across a range of audience sizes — from niche shows with highly engaged audiences of a few thousand to larger shows with tens of thousands of listeners. The right fit depends on your goals and your niche. During onboarding, Dr. Jaffe will help you identify the type and size of show that makes the most sense for your audience and positioning.
A booked appearance means a confirmed guest booking — the host has agreed to have you on the show and a recording date has been scheduled. It does not mean the episode has aired. Podcast hosts set their own publishing schedules, which can range from days to months after recording. We guarantee the booking, not the air date.
A media kit or one-sheet is helpful but not required. If you don't have one, we can create a simple one for you during onboarding. It typically includes a short bio, your areas of expertise, suggested talking topics, and a headshot. Many podcast hosts appreciate having this, and it can improve your booking rate.
Every pitch is written specifically for the show it's being sent to. We reference recent episodes, the host's areas of focus, and how your expertise connects to what their audience cares about. We don't blast a generic template to hundreds of hosts — that approach rarely works and reflects poorly on you. Each pitch is reviewed before it goes out.
Each 2-page Prep Brief includes seven sections: a show overview, a host profile, three suggested talking angles, a story bank with 2–3 relevant stories from your background, 4–6 questions to expect based on the host's recent interviews, topics to avoid, and a recommended CTA for the end of the episode. It's designed so you can read it the morning of the interview and feel fully prepared.
The Starter tier (3 appearances/month) is a good way to test the service and get comfortable with podcast interviews before scaling. Growth (6/month) is the most popular option for professionals actively building their authority. Authority (10/month) is for those who want podcast appearances as a primary visibility channel and are ready to show up consistently at high volume.
